First LEGO build
A bucket of bricks, zero instructions, one very ambitious spaceship. The engineering never stopped.

The radio teardown
Took apart the family radio to see where the voices lived. Got it (mostly) back together — and got hooked on how things work.
Age 13
Modded RC cars
Swapped motors, re-geared drivetrains, melted a few ESCs. First lessons in iteration — and in blowing a budget on parts.
